World Cup Watch Party #6: Final Game Spain vs Argentina
Date
July 19, 2026
Location
Chiltepinos
⚽ What a way to wrap up our Baja Buddies World Cup Watch Parties!
Six of us gathered at Chiltepinos for the World Cup Final, with five cheering for Spain and one proudly rooting for Argentina. Fans of both teams filled the patio, creating a lively, friendly atmosphere from start to finish.
After a hard-fought, scoreless battle through regulation, Spain finally found the back of the net in overtime to claim a thrilling 1–0 victory and lift the World Cup trophy. 🏆
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for one—or more—of our six World Cup Watch Parties. That's what Baja Buddies is all about: good friends, good food, plenty of laughs, and making memories together.
Our signed soccer ball now has a place of honor as a keepsake, reminding us of six unforgettable watch parties, new friendships, and all the fun we shared throughout the tournament.
The next FIFA World Cup may be four years away, but don't worry—Baja Buddies won't keep you waiting that long for another reason to get together! 🍻⚽
